Our Toddler Program prepares children ages 18 to 36 months for preschool in a nurturing, peer-filled environment from 7:30 AM until 5:00 PM. We offer nutritious breakfast, lunch, and snacks for growing brains and bodies Monday through Friday, for 230 days a year. Educationally, children build social, motor, and early identity skills through individual and group activities in a home-like setting. The program provides preschool readiness, behavioral health, and developmental support, partnering with CALM, Children's Development Network, and local school districts, using a trauma-informed approach to ensure both child and family success.
The Head Start Preschool Program offers high-quality early childhood education and care for children ages 3-5 in partnership with CommUnify. Monday through Friday for 230 days per year, the program provides nutritious meals and prepares children for Transitional Kindergarten and Kindergarten. Through engaging, interest-based activities, children develop social, emotional, cognitive, and motor skills. The program also offers Kindergarten Readiness, behavioral health, and developmental support through partnerships with CALM, Family Wellness, and local school districts, ensuring a strong foundation for success using a trauma-informed approach.

Storyteller at Transition House offers licensed childcare for infants ages 6 weeks to 24 months Monday through Friday for 230 days a year, in a safe, nurturing environment. Infants develop fine and gross motor skills, social and emotional growth, and early cognitive skills through tailored activities. The program also offers individualized support for children and families, along with behavioral and developmental services through partnerships with CALM and local early intervention services, using a trauma-informed approach to foster long-term success.
